Contracted to supply large turnkey PLC controlled power and free finishing system for aqueous cleaning, dry, prime & liquid top coat of large agricultural tools and attachments. System includes overhead conveyors with multiple drives, two lowerators and semi-automated product indexing.

Recreational Vehicle Manufacturer

Selected for design, fabrication and installation of turnkey, state-of-the-art e-coat prime and powder top coat system for ATV frames and parts. Customer is a world market leader of ATVs, motorcycles and snowmobiles. Project is on an accelerated time cycle with start-up scheduled in July of 2014.

Rubber Stripping Operation

Stripping furnace used for removal and thermal oxidation of hard rubber and elastomer valve inserts. Furnace includes programmable controller for precise temperature ramp and soak and stainless steel clad interior.

Medical Battery Cure Oven

Selected to provide stainless steel Grieve cabinet oven for major medical device manufacturer for curing batteries.

Catheter Reflow Oven

Selected to provide five vertical airflow catheter reflow ovens for new clean room production facility. Ovens feature all stainless steel interior, adjustable supply and return louvers, heavy duty 3-point door hitch, and programmable ramp-soak controller.

Transformer Coating Line

Selected as supplier of large, custom industrial spray booth, including heated air make-up, recycle cure and automatic pressure control. This booth is used for coating new and refurbished transformers and heat exchangers.

Cure Oven for ROPs and Cabs

Custom batch oven for curing off road construction and agricultural ROPs and cabs. Oven includes ramp-soak controller and recirculating fan VFD.

Aircraft Airfoil Lamination Curing Oven

Custom batch oven used for curing airfoil sections. Oven includes sophisticated controls for controlled ramping, soaking, cooling, and temperature mapping.

Surgical Steel Oven

Two custom cabinet ovens designed for integration with robotic loading and unloading. The ovens are part of multiple manufacturing lines which processes titanium surgical instruments. Ovens include sophisticated controls for data monitoring and graphing.

Mold Pre-Heat Furnace

Custom gas fired cart furnace for preheating engine sleeve molds. Furnace design involved PLC controlled chain conveyor for product advancement and transfer. Project included run-off and acceptance prior to shipping. 

Electronic Module Cure Oven

Walk-in truck oven for low temperature cure of electronics module potting material. Oven includes ramp-soak controller with color touch screen and cooling dampers for precise temperature control.
