Standard and Custom Batch Ovens

Grieve ovens have become the standard for many private and Defense manufacturers who depend on high quality, low maintenance and low cost of ownership. 

Grieve manufactures an array of oven sizes and temperatures for a wide range of applications, including drying, sterilizing, composite curing, paint curing, adhesives, rubber cure, shrink fitting, carbon fiber, powder coating, clean room processes, catheters and electronics testing. Airdyne LLC has over 25 years of applications engineering, installation and start-up experience. We bring this level of engineering experience to the job from initial contract through start-up.

 Class A or Class B

Grieve manufactures electric and gas fired ovens and furnaces for both Class A and Class B applications. All gas fired ovens are Class A and any applications that include flammable solvents are considered Class A. Class A ovens and furnaces include a safety purge and oven exhaust to expel flammable solvents during operation. All ovens meet or exceed NFPA86 Standards for Ovens and Furnaces and oven control cabinets are UL Labeled.  

Bench and Cabinet ovens

In addition to larger walk-in style ovens, Grieve is a leading supplier of bench top ovens, cabinet ovens, shelf ovens, truck ovens, and an entire line of high temperature air and atmosphere furnaces. Most oven and furnace models can be configured in a wide variety of air flow patterns and temperature ranges.

Continuous Ovens

Grieve manufacturers a wide range of continuous belt ovens and furnaces for higher production applications. Multiple zone ovens often provide additional ramp and soak control, and cooling tunnels may be used to provide faster cooling of product before unloading.

ATMOSPHERE AND VACUUM OVENS

Vacuum and inert atmosphere ovens are used for applications that cannot tolerate an oxygen atmosphere. Grieve provides many models of temperatures and furnaces that are designed to work with inert gas or vacuum.

Custom ovens and furnaces

Grieve can customize ovens and furnaces to fit specific applications, sizes, temperatures, atmospheres, clean environments, humidity requirements and special controls.
